Last night I couldn't sleep once again so I sat up and stitched this little angel ornament. Its one of Marilyn Leavitt Imblums free Christmas Angels. There are several of them on her TIAG website.

I stitched it on a 28 count white linen with DMC floss, Kreinik braid and Mill Hill Petite beads.

I think she turned out really pretty. I love the colors etc.

No idea what I'm stitching next but I'm on a stitching roll and I better take advantage of it, lol. Thanks for visiting.

I forgot to post this finish yesterday. Its Chillary by Just Nan. Its a very fast stitch. I have to say that putting it together was easy until I got to the point at the bottom. I managed to do it but it took a little time.

Today I finished Merry Be Pincushion by The Shepherds Bush. I love love love the way this one turned out. I love the color of the fabric, don't ask me the name because I don't know, lol. I love the red ribbon around it and the white beads. I'm super happy with this one.

I finished stitching something else tonight and tomorrow plan on putting it together.  See you tomorrow:)

So yesterday and today I spent stitching this little biscornu. Its a design by The Floss Box, it doesn't have a name just a number. I really wish she would name her designs.  Still they are extremely inexpensive to buy and she does have many really cute ones.

I stitched it on 28 count white lugana with overdyed flosses I got off ebay.  They are called Victorian Motto and you get 20 yards for $2. What a deal, she really has some beautiful colors and she ships very fast.

Around the edges I added white pearl beads. I really love the colors in this one.

So I'm off to figure out something to stitch again. Thanks for stopping by:)))))

And I finished Say Thanks by the Shepherds Bush. Its stitched on a 32 count lambs wool linen with silk floss.  I crocheted and edging for it and then flowers and leaves and added those. I like it:)

I'm hoping I stitch and finish at least one more small thing this weekend. Thanks for visiting my blog!!!

Yesterday I finished an ornament by Heart in Hand called What Makes it Winter.

Today I finished up Holly Noel by Just Nan.

Now I'm working on a Shepherds Bush design called Say Thanks, I plan on finishing up the stitching tonight and crocheting an edging for it tomorrow to make it into a pincushion.

See you tomorrow, hopefully.

Monday, September 9, 2013

I just finished this up a few minutes ago and I think it turned out stinking cute:)))) The design comes from a Just Nan design called Emma and Eliza's Christmas Hat. I just did the little Christmas tree and tree skirt part.

I stitched it on a 28 count baby teal, its about a dmc 503.  I wish I had had a more green green but that was the closest I had in my stash. It has little snowman heads with scarves, presents, birds, ornaments and snowflakes on the design and the little tree skirt has ornaments with beads in the centers and little striped candies. All and all I like it.

Hopefully I'll get something stitched tonight and finished tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by:)))))

I made one of these before but stitching this design is fun sooooo I had to do it again. Its sophies pincushion from Shepherds Bush.

I just love the sheep in Shepherds Bush designs:)  I crocheted an edging for it and think its pretty cute.

I also finished a design by The Sweetheart Tree called B is for Bunny. I didn't have any of the Wisper threads that it called for. One of these days I'm going to have to buy a couple and try them, I guess they are fuzzy. I think they might be fun to work with.

I also finished The Trilogys Secret Flower Bed and made it into a biscornu. I stitched it on an 18 count davosa over two and its about 7 inches across. I'm not  thrilled with it, truth is bigger isn't always better. I think its much cuter small.

Live and learn I guess, lol.

Well thanks for stopping by, maybe see you again this week!
